Notice on the Application for Export Exhibition Booth of the 138th China Import and Export Fair

The booth application for the export exhibition of the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) is hereby initiated, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Exhibition Time and Form

The 138th Canton Fair is scheduled to open on October 15, 2025, with three phases of offline exhibitions, including: Phase I: October 15-19, 2025

Phase II: October 23-27, 2025

Phase III: October 31 – November 4, 2025 II. Contents of the Exhibition

There are 55 exhibition areas. Among them, enterprises intending to participate in the third phase of the Rural Revitalization Special Products Exhibition Area can apply for the corresponding professional exhibition area according to the product category. See Annex 1 for details of the corresponding exhibition area of each exhibition period, and see Annex 2 for details of the scope of exhibits in each exhibition area.

3. Starting and ending time of application Brand booth confirmation: from now on to May 20. Application for dynamic adjustment of brand booth: before May 5. General booth application: from now on to May 30. IV. Booth Application Process The export exhibition booths of the Canton Fair are divided into brand booths and general booths. Please log in the "Exhibitor Easy Express" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/) of the Canton Fair, register and confirm the information of the company and exhibits, and submit the application for participation. After completing the application for registration in the "Exhibitor EasyJet" system, please contact your trading group (see Annex 3 for the contact information of the trading group) to handle the follow-up related matters.

(1) Brand booth.

1. Brand booth confirmation The 138th Canton Fair only adjusts and arranges the brand booths that enterprises voluntarily apply for return and the conference takes back. Please confirm the number of brand booths of the 138th Canton Fair according to the corresponding exhibition area of the brand booth (path: booth application-my booth application-brand booth confirmation application). After confirmation, please print the application form for participating in the exhibition, sign and affix the official seal, and then report it to the trading group, and the confirmation will come into effect. If all or part of the brand booths are confirmed to be returned, please submit a written application for returning the booth with official seal (automatically generated by the system when confirming the application) to the trading group. If it is not confirmed within the time limit, it shall be deemed to be abandoned. If you need to add booths, please apply for general booths in the corresponding exhibition area, which will be given priority in the arrangement of brand booths and general booths.

2. Application for dynamic adjustment of brand booth According to the dynamic adjustment mechanism of brand booths at the Canton Fair, non-brand booth exhibitors can submit, supplement or update the application materials for brand booths in writing to their trading groups at any time. Interested enterprises are requested to fill in the application form and affix the official seal according to the relevant guidelines for evaluation and the matters needing attention in application, and send it together with all the paper materials to the trade group (relevant document path: the home page of the official website of the Canton Fair-exhibitors-exhibition guidelines-application guidelines for brand booth evaluation). After the preliminary examination of the materials of the applicant enterprises according to the relevant requirements, the trading group will fill in the qualified enterprises in the pre-examination recommendation form of the trading group (path: network management service system-exhibition management-common documents) and affix the official seal, and send it to the relevant business associations together with the enterprise materials.

The scope of enterprises participating in the dynamic review of the 138th Canton Fair is: the trading group shall pass the preliminary review before May 5 and send the application materials to the enterprises of the corresponding business associations (subject to the time of sending). (2) General booths.

Interested exhibitors are requested to fill in the booth application information of the corresponding exhibition area online according to the catalogue of exhibits (path: booth application-my booth application-general booth application). After filling in the information, please print the application form, sign and affix the official seal, and submit it to the trade group together with the materials required by the trade group, and then the application will come into effect. The Canton Fair prohibits illegal enterprises and exhibits within the penalty period from participating in the exhibition. Please be sure to read the qualification standards for participating in the export exhibition of the Canton Fair (see Annex 4 for details). Matters related to the application for exhibition in the Service Robot Zone will be notified separately.

According to the Measures for the Administration of Joint Participation in China Import and Export Fair, if there is a need for joint participation, if it meets the qualification requirements for joint participation, it must submit the application information of the joint venture (limited to enterprises with three or more booths in the corresponding exhibition area), and upload the third-party certification materials to prove the joint supply relationship between the two parties. After the announcement of the booth location (booth number) arrangement, the enterprise shall complete the confirmation of the joint venture within the prescribed time, and the joint venture exhibitor shall take effect. V. Precautions (1) Please fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully according to the system prompts. In case of any problem in the application, please refer to the column of "Exhibitor-Exhibitor Guide-Exhibitor Application" on the official website of the Canton Fair, the operation guide of the "Notice Bulletin Board" on the homepage of the "Exhibitor EasyJet" system, or contact the Customer Contact Center of the Canton Fair (4000-888-999) to solve the problem. (2) Exhibits registered at the time of submitting the application in the "Exhibitor EasyJet" system will not be displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair. If you need to maintain the information of the exhibits displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in the "Cloud Exhibition Hall Management" system of the official website of the Canton Fair for relevant operations after obtaining the online exhibition qualification.

(III) If the exhibition area to be applied for is subject to professional zoning of exhibits, the corresponding special area for exhibits shall be truthfully declared according to the main categories of exhibits (accounting for more than 60% of the exhibits of the enterprise), so as to facilitate the purchaser to accurately find the target booth and improve the effectiveness of the exhibition.

(IV) The export exhibition of the Canton Fair shall be subject to the restraint mechanism of booth withdrawal, specifically: the booth withdrawn before the second day (inclusive) after the deadline of booth presetting of all enterprises in the exhibition area shall not be charged for the booth fee; the booth withdrawn after the second day (inclusive) after the deadline of booth presetting of all enterprises in the exhibition area and the day (inclusive) before the opening of the exhibition shall be charged for half of the booth fee; If the booth is returned after the opening ceremony, the full booth fee will be charged for the returned booth.

(5) The online platform maintains normal operation, and enterprises can apply for participation in the online platform and purchase packages through the cloud exhibition hall management system (https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/) at any time. VI. Special notice (1) The entry into force of an enterprise's online exhibition application does not mean that it is qualified to participate in the exhibition. The arrangement of enterprises and booths will be based on the export exhibition booths of the Canton Fair.
